natural immunity to most blood-born diseases. Can create a form of
portal that differs from the more common shadow portal.His abilities
are limited in that he has to have knowledge of the destination point-
whether through a previous visit, photo, or in a pinch,a detailed
description.

HAIR: longish dark blond hair
EYES: blue
APPEARANCE:
Boyish good looks. Perfers casual clothing. usually jeans, t-shirts and
loose cotton shirts. He's is completely human in appearance with the
exception of a single,black horn that sprouts from the center forehead
at the hairline, and curves over his head and down his back. It's just
under three feet in length and curls upwards at the end.

HISTORY:
Constantly picked on by bullies as a child, Bull
hides behind a mask of the good natured jokester. The only bright spot
in his childhood was his older sister, who had to be institutionalized
when he was still just a kid. This left him alone to deal with an
alcoholic and drug addicted mother who told him constantly how much of
a dissapointment he'd been and how useless he was... a feeling that
he still harbours and has a lot of difficulty over coming.
A great fan of hats and long shaggy hair-due as a
kid, Bull did everything he could to keep his horn a secret. He wasn't
always successful, and one such incident three years ago resulted in a
brawl that introduced him to a werewolf named Reese. The two became
friends, and Reese, an employee of Chaos Inc. suggested Bull apply for
a job as well.
Not an outgoing person by nature, Bull had a lot of
difficulty with hand to hand and close quarters combat training.... and
trying to learn how to use a sword cost him a piece of his baby toe.
He perfers to stick to non-combative assignments when possible, but can
use a cross bow or gun fairly acurately when needed.
After the destruction of the old building, Bull spent some time commuting back and forth to New York to help out the Chaos team
that operates there. Then one day he entered his kitchen and was 'floored' by a mysterious young women out of nowhere. Bull and Tiger became friends and within a short time, room mates, although bull remains too shy to admit he's crazy in love with her...
