Petite, slim build. Prefers casual clothing, but not boyish. Usually
wears long skirts and dresses but has been known to wear slacks on
occasion.
Sylvie is very feminine. Despite being a farm girl, she's never been a tomboy and never wears jeans or t-shirts or plain pony tails. She always takes care with her appearance. She wears very little in the way of makeup or jewelry, and what she does wear is very understated, simply and elegant.
Sylvie has a small tattoo on her leg, just above her ankle of a winged tiger cub.. a tribute to her daughter who died shortly after birth.

HISTORY: Born and raised in
America, Sylvie's photographic memory kept her in excellent grades and
earned her a full-scholarship to just about any school she cared to
chose - she choose one in England. While in her second year, she met
Micheal MacDonnell and fell in love. On her 20th birthday he proposed,
only to be killed a month later.
Sylvie discovered shortly after his death that she
was pregnant and confided in Nate and his mother, going to live with
them at their manor in Scotland for a time. A month before her daughter
was due to be born, she had a miscarriage... the cause was found to be
the unborn child's 'allergy' to magic.
Determined to hold onto some part of Michael,
she finished her schooling half heartedly, keeping in touch with her
fiance's brother,and joining Chaos Inc as soon as she graduated. As far
as she knows the only person at Chaos Inc. who knows about her daughter
is Nate. Although she suspects Chaos might know as well, it's never
spoken of.
Granted Michaels' shares in the company, she ignored
her 'partner' status in the company and pretty much saw to the running
single handedly under the guise of the company's secretary for almost
eight years.
After the destruction of the warehouse they'd called
home , they moved into the new building and Sylvie finally moved up to
accept her role as partner. She now has a staff of secretaries and
clerks who do the running around for her, leaving her to devote her
time to the things that truly need her touch.
When not working, Sylvie indulges in her secret hobby
of making dolls, something that started as a part of her therapy over
losing her daughter, and has grown into almost a business of it's own.
Over half the dolls she makes are given to children staying in
hospitals, orphanages or waiting for foster homes. The others are
special orders through her friend Danielle, who takes them to doll
shows. As well, she has her own private collection, which thankfully
was saved from destruction with the old building by being kidnapped by
Danielle for a show. Sylvie's private collection has never been seen by
any one at Chaos Inc. since it features all of them.
Since St. Patrick's day, she's been dating Xander
Caine.. and is completely head over heels for him... and EVERYONE
knows. So far he is the ONLY person whom she's told about her dolls...
and she's working up the courage to both show them to him and tell
him about her daughter..
