It was a rather quiet day around Chaos Inc. Peaceful, there'd been no calls, no jobs, no friends in need. Which was a bit of a miracle, but the occupants of the building intended on making use of it.

Until there was rather angry and piercing scream.

Eire hit his head on the hood of his truck, as he stood bolt right, at hearing the scream.

Nate looked up from what ever little gadget he was working on and frowned.

Chaos opened her door to her office with a frown.

Lex took off his headphones, double checking he'd heard the scream in the first place.

Meeks who was hanging around the office started looking around a bit wide eyed.

All conjugated in the lobby, looking perplexed. "Did I miss something?" Eire asked incredulously as the others joined him.

"If you missed something, I missed something." Lex replied.

"I take it you didn't see a mouse or something, Eire?" Meeks asked, giving the younger man a look.

Eire gave her a look. "No, did you?"

"You'd know if I had, the shots would still be echoing." Meeks replied with a roll of her eyes.

"I think Eire would have screamed more then once." Nate put in.

"Enough, who's all here?" Chaos asked giving them all an irritated look.

"I'm pretty sure it's just US." Lex pointed out.

"As in the others sorta had the day off." Eire reminded Chaos.

"Right..." Chaos muttered, rolling her red eyes.

"Well if you didn't scream, and I didn't scream, and they didn't scream, who screamed?" Meeks asked with a mocking expression.

"No one screamed, you're imagining things." Jack said, coming through, past the group and towards the elevator.

"Hey, what are you doing here?!" Eire called after him.
"Nothing of importance." Jack called back in a sing song tone. And disappeared into the elevator.

"Wait...did anyone notice he was wearing pink shoes?" Lex asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Pink shoes?" Meeks asked.

"High heels actually." Eire remarked scratching his nose.

"Jack has a fetish for high heels?" Nate questioned.

Chaos looked puzzled as the rest of them. "I didn't think so...could be wrong...but what the hell is he doing here?!"

Eire was about to the answer that, when something in a another room crashed heavily to the floor. Everyone stood there a moment, looking in the direction of the sound.

"Should we find out what it is?" Eire asked, looking at the others.

"After you," Lex replied with a gesture and Eire started down the hall.

They traced the sound to the kitchen, where they discovered the refrigerator, and Reese and Turnbul sitting on the floor, dressed as sumos.

Nate put a hand over his eyes. Eire put both hands over his ears and Lex put his hand over his mouth.

"I don't need to see that." Meeks said, and turned back into the hall, in time to cock her head to the side as Tizzy came skipping down the hall with a pink balloon.
